Stuffed peppers

Stuffed Peppers......
White rice : CANILLA long grain rice 4 cups and 5 cups of water, oil to ur liking, salt to ur taste

Beans: Red Beans 2 Goya cans ready to eat...
add culantro
add green peppers and onions (to taste)
add salt (to taste)
Olive oil (to taste)
one can of tomato sauce GOYA


Meat: ground beef 5 LBS.... i HAVE A BIG FAMILY HAHA.
Sasones: 1 tomato sauce can (GOYA)
Cubito de carne
2 pkts sazon goya
3 tablesppons of sofrito
Onions (half)
Green peppers (half of half)
3 leaves de culantro

Now you can do one of 2 things. In the picture what i did was cook the meat first and take out all the grease. Then stuff the peppers with the meat alone like in the picture... or you can mix the rice beans and meat and stuff the pepper.
Once the pepper is stuffed u bake in oven for 20 minutes more.... and voila!!!! STUFFED PEPPERS.....
