Cuban Rice (Arroz con Griz)

we need:
- 4 cups of water (serves a family of 4 to 7)
- 5 cups of water
- 2 cans of black beans (Goya ready to eat)
- Chorizo (Goya)
- Sofrito
- Culantro
- olive oil
- salt
- sazon
- tomato sauce


How to
- Take a pot and coat with oil over medium to low heat
- add 2 tbs of sofrito
- add sazon (1 packet)
- add tomato sauce (1 can)
- salt to taste
- mix all of these together and now mix the beans and culantro
- let it sit for a few minutes ( mixing in between)
- add water and let it boil
- add rice
- Mix everything
- when the rice boils and the water is almost gone cover it and reduce fire to MED LOW
- after about 10 minutes ( and turning the rice) reduce to low and let it sit for 20 minutes!

Serve with chicken or any meat!
